3122828 - Learning Item Title cannot be saved

Even the admin already has 'Edit Item' permission without security domain restrictions, item title cannot be saved and shows message: 'You do not have permission to perform this action with the specified security domain and active status.'

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Access LMS admin > Admin Role has ''Edit Item' permission and no restriction on it

2. Modify item title > Save

3. Message displays

'You do not have permission to perform this action with the specified security domain and active status.'

Admin role has restriction on permission 'Search Security Domain'.

For example, Admin Role has Permission "Search Security Domain" restriction on domain group A.

However, item has security domain b.

Domain b does not belong to domain A.

Under this circumstance, though admin has the permission to edit the item, he/she will not be able to save it.

1. Edit Item domain and change to a security domain that belongs to domain group A.

OR

2. Edit admin role permission restriction and make item's domain included.
