• operatorTeam fields are not available in the business rules' fields.
• When trying to add an operatorTeam in the Position to Job Requisition Rule, it's not working.

operatorTeam fields are not supported in Business Rules.

As documented in the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management Implementation Guide, Supported Field Types for Job Requisitions, operatorTeam field type is currently not supported in business rules.

The feature that can be used to define an Operator Team automatically is Manage Recruiting Team Settings, where it can be selected the users or recruiting groups in the Operator Teams (like recruiterTeam, hiringManagerTeam, vpOfStaffingTeam, sourcerTeam fields from the job requisition templates, and so on) for each job requisition template in the instance. If each user wishes to have their own preference, they can use My Recruiting Team Preference from the Recruiting page, in the Job Requisitions tab. Details are in this KBA: 2525942 - My Recruiting Team Preferences Settings - Recruiting Management.
