3122849 - Fiori Launchpad loads into a blank screen - getgroups Failed error in the console log

• FLP loads but is blank
• App finder reports cannot load catalog
• /sap/opu/odata/UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_PERS/PageSets gives a 500 error in the network trace
• Getgroups Failed in the console log
• The 500 error has the text "Invalid or no mapping to system data types found"
• Testing the service in the Gateway client returns a 200 successful connection.
