3123328 - How to Restore Employee Portal to Default Configuration

Symptom

  • Customer update the employee portal and uploaded CSS files but after that, the employee portal does not function anymore
  • The customer is requesting the Employee Portal to be restored to default configuration.

Environment

  • SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to instance
  2. Go to Employee Portal
  3. Update configuration and upload CSS files
  4. Employee Portal stops functioning

Cause

  • Configuration Issue
  • Service Request

Resolution

Please create a case to product support requesting for the Employee Portal be restored to default configuration. Upon creation please provide company ID and Support access along with written permission for the update to be done.
