3123560 - Cannot access the SAP Cloud ALM Global Account or Sub account in SAP BTP cockpit

Symptom

  • "SAP Cloud ALM" Global Account cannot be found in SAP BTP Cockpit.
  • BTP Cockpit Global Accounts list is missing an entry for SAP Cloud ALM.
  • BTP Cockpit Global Account selection screen shows message "Our records indicate that your user does not belong to any Global Accounts" when trying to find SAP Cloud ALM Global Account.
  • BTP Cockpit Global Account selection screen shows warning "We couldn't find the global account you were looking for. Please choose one from the list below."
  • An "SAP Cloud ALM" Sub account is not listed under your company's "main" Global account.
