Symptom
- "SAP Cloud ALM" Global Account cannot be found in SAP BTP Cockpit.
- BTP Cockpit Global Accounts list is missing an entry for SAP Cloud ALM.
- BTP Cockpit Global Account selection screen shows message "Our records indicate that your user does not belong to any Global Accounts" when trying to find SAP Cloud ALM Global Account.
- BTP Cockpit Global Account selection screen shows warning "We couldn't find the global account you were looking for. Please choose one from the list below."
- An "SAP Cloud ALM" Sub account is not listed under your company's "main" Global account.
- We couldn't find any global accounts associated with your user. If you believe this is a mistake, contact your cloud operator.
- Email domain name change after Cloud ALM was provisioned and provisioner no longer can access SAP Cloud ALM Global account, due to user's new email address
