3123563 - [Onboarding] Unable to assign Employer Review Task in Offboarding to responsible group

The Employer Review task for Offboarding is not assigned to responsible group as configured in rule. It always assigns to Manager. However, the rule works fine for onboarding.

This is caused due to wrong rule configuration. If you have configured a single rule for Onboarding [New Hire Data Review] and Offboarding [Employer Review] Review task, with different process type in conditions, it will not work as expected.

While creating a rule for Offboarding Employer Review Task with Responsible group, please follow the below steps-

1.  Go to Configure Business Rules > Create New Rule
2.  Onboarding > Assign a responsible group to review New Hire data or Employee data
3.  Provide details for Rule Name, description, start date
4.  Choose Process Type - Offboarding > Continue

By doing this, you will be able to generate a rule for Employer Review Task.
