Symptom

Website is unavailable and shows: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

In Browser/Developer tools/Network tab, there are huge requests with status 302

In Dynatrace, availability problems are reported:

Following error reported in console log of accstorefront:

  "message": "User account [anonymous] has already bean closed. Invalidating session."
