Bill Of Material nodes are getting generated for standard materials through Product Master SOAP Services - CO_MDM_PRD_BULK_REPL_REQ_OUT and II_MDM_PRD_BULK_REP_REQ.
Resolution
These fields were never intended to be supported in SAP S/4HANA Cloud through the Product SOAP services and were exposed due to a technical error. This is now fixed with CE 2111.
For Products, BOM information in Product SOAP services is not configured for use in cloud.
