3123736 - Not able to select the Attachment entity as Starting Entity - SuccessFactors Integration Center

Is not possible to find the Attachment entity when creating a new integration on Integration Center.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Go to Integration Center;
2. Create a new integration;
3. Type Attachment on entity finder;

Isn't possible to use Attachment entity as Starting Entity on Integration Center.

To be compliant with data privacy laws, you cannot use Attachment or Photo as the Starting Entity.

Attachment entity can be used directly only through API calls or middlewares such as CPI.

Choose another Starting Entity.

If you want to export attachments files, you can follow this chapter from Using the Integration Center Guide.

If you want to export attachment details such as attachmentId, fileName and so on, you need to select an starting entity which contains these fields or a navigation field to the Attachment entity.
