3123775 - Candidate is Unable to Complete the Onboarding Process - Onboarding

Symptom

After initiated onboarding, the new hire is not appearing in dashboard or in new hire data review tile.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Cause

GlobalAssignmentInfo field is disabled but the mapping still available in provisioning.

Resolution

Since the field "GlobalAssignmentInfo" is disabled, it's necessary to remove the mapping in the XML file in provisioning.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Provisioning;
  2. Company;
  3. Download the file Import/Export Candidate to employee integration template;
  4. Remove the "GlobalAssignmentInfo" mapping in the file;
  5. Save the file;
  6. Upload the new file without the mapping;
  7. Save.
