3123783 - Special characters in HTTP Headers are wrongly encoded in REST adapter

Symptom

You are using REST Adapter Receiver channel in SAP Process Integration, and you need to send HTTP Header with special characters, such as ä, ü, ö, ß, among others. (For that ASCII ISO-8859-1 encodings should be used)

Once the request is sent to the receiver system, those special characters in the header value are not correctly encoded and a wrong value is sent, causing some issue within the receiver system.
