Symptom

All publication are failing to all destination with the following errors.

PublishingService:HandlerPool-0] BusinessObjects_PublicationAdminErrorLog_Instance_644396 - [Publication ID 644396] - An exception was caught during post-processing. (FBE60401)

Destination disabled. []: [CrystalEnterprise.Smtp]. Please note the name of the job server used for your request and contact your system administrator to make sure the specified destination is enabled. (FWB 00031) [1 recipients processed.]
