When you choose the billing document number in the Manage Billing Documents app, the link to the Display Document Flow app is not available.
There are only the three links available in the Manage Billing Documents app when you choose the billing document number:
- Change Billing Documents
- Create Billing Documents - VF01
- Display Billing Documents

Reproducing the Issue
- Open the Manage Billing Documents app
- Enter your selection criteria
- Choose Go
- Choose the billing document number
- Choose More Links
Cause
The smart link only offers navigation to related billing apps (apps that technically belong to the semantic object BillingDocument).
The Display Document Flow app (F3665) for general ledger accountants is not supported as a related app. It belongs to Finance.
Resolution
In the Manage Billing Documents app (F0797), navigate to the embedded billing document object page:
