3123952 - Error "the not aggregated dimensions do not fit" in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

After the QRC4 2021 update was applied, calculations which depend on other values do not show the correct value unless the fields which are used in the calculation are included in the same chart / table where the main calculation is used.  This issue has been seen to occur on models which are "classic" models which have not been updated to the new format - but it is unknown if this can occur on new format models.

  • SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2021.20.12

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a model that contains a calculation.  That calculation uses other calculation fields to calculate the value
  2. Use that calculation in a chart/table- note that the value is incorrect
  3. Add the other dimension to the chart/table - note that the value is now correct
