3124023 - Temporary Time Information Inactive Records

Symptom

There are temporary time information records present in the system with 'InActive' status, although the status field is set to 'Not Visible'.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central : Time Off

Cause

Status of a temporary time information object changes to 'InActive' when the temporary change is deleted from Administer time -> Work Schedule. The object continues to remain in the system with status as 'InActive'.

Resolution

  1. If you want a temporary time information for the same day again, a new temporary change can be added into the system for the same date without any issues.
