In New Hire Data Review step, manager changed the SeriorityDate and submit the step
Go to New hire data to check or finish the onboarding activity to check the date in manage pending hire, the SeriorityDate is not updated with the new date.

Resolution
For new hires, the seniority start date field will have the same date as the hire date. It is expected behavior, in Onboarding activity, the SeriorityDate is not possible to update.
