3124156 - Custom Field of type "Code List based on CDS View" shows SAP_UUID when CDS is based on a Custom Business Object

Symptom

  • You have enabled a Custom Field of type "Code List based on CDS View" in an app.
  • The Custom CDS upon which the Custom Field is based, is at the same time, based on a Custom Business Object.
  • In the app, you use the Custom Field´s "Value Help" to select a record from the Custom CDS.
  • The value displayed in the Custom Field corresponds to the technical key "SAP_UUID" of the Custom Business Object.
