3124162 - Error during upload server certificates in SAP Datasphere

Symptom

In case of preparing the connection between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Datasphere an error message is displayed in DS tenant during following the official documentation about certificate upload:

  • HTTP Status: 400 Bad RequestError Code: invalidCertErrorTechnical Message: Certificate could not be uploaded. Only single, Base64 encoded DER certificates are supported, enclosed between "-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----" and "-----END CERTIFICATE-----".
  • HTTP Status: 500 Internal Server ErrorError Code: uploadCertErrorTechnical Message: Cannot read property 'CERTIFICATE_ID' of nul
