Reproducing the Issue
- Terminate an employee from EC
- Employee does not appear in offboarding dashboard
Cause
Invalid reporting manager on terminated user or no manager available in the Employee File of the Offboardee under job information
Resolution
Ensure there is a valid, active manager on the employee profile before initiating a termination for an employee
