3124842 - How to replace a existing Purchase Requisition in the Purchase Order

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create Purchase Order - Advanced
2. Other Purchase and enter the purchase order
3. Click on Display/Change
4. Item Overview > select the item line

The purchase requisition field is grayed out to make the change.

Even in the edit mode, system will switch off the Purchase Requisition field in the Purchase Order, once the quantity and schedule line is filled
for this reference PO line.

1. In the edit mode of the PO.
2. Remove the PO Quantity and click on enter or from the item details, navigate to the Delivery Schedule tab and delete
   the entire row relevant for the PO item line.
3. Either of the approach will let the Qty field blank, which will allow the Purchase Requisition editable to make the change.
