3124842 - How to Replace a Existing Purchase Requisition in the Purchase Order

In the Edit mode of the purchase order, you notice that the purchase requisition field is grayed out to make the change.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Create Purchase Order - Advanced
2. Other Purchase and enter the purchase order
3. Click on Display/Change
4. Item Overview > select the item line

you notice the purchase requisition field is grayed out to make the change.

Even in the edit mode, System will switch off the purchase requisition field in the purchase order, once the Qty and schedule line is filled
for this reference PO line

In the edit mode of the PO

Remove the PO Quantity and click on enter or from the item details, navigate to the Delivery Schedule tab and delete
the entire row relevant for the PO item line.

Either of the approach will let the Qty field blank, which will allow the Purchase Requisition editable to make the change.
