3124895 - Follow-up Document related Fields are missing in Purchase Order Items

Symptom

 You have created a purchase order but you are unable to find the follow up document check box like "Purchase Order Acknowledgment Expected" under Items tab.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Purchase Requests and Orders work center
  2. Select view Purchase Order
  3. Open the relevant purchase order and navigate to items tab
  4. Select one line item and under Basic sub-tab following follow up document related check box are missing
  5. Purchase Order Acknowledgment Expected/Goods and Services Receipt Expected/Invoice Expected.

Cause

You have not configured the fine tuning activity options for "Purchase Order Item Follow Up Document Settings".

Resolution

Please maintain the settings in Business Configuration work center-> fine tuning activity: Purchase Order Item Follow Up Document Settings.
