3124899 - BR*Tools actions are still using OPS$ despite correct SSFS configuration

Symptom

Even after following SAP note 1764043, BR*Tools is still using the OPS$ mechanism ("-u /"). But it is expected that the BR*Tools commands using "-u //", thus the BR*Tools SSFS mechanism  with BRT$ADM user.
