3125036 - Error Appears While Trying to Migrate the Project

Error appears while trying to migrate the project ABC.

Error:

Employee Y does not exist
External team member added. Review the approval settings

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center 
2. Go to the Overview and Select Migration of Projects activity 
3. Migrate projects using the migration tool
4. Execute migration step by step
5. Error appears

During the project migration when you select Execute Migration Step by Step, you will find next step i.e. Convert Values. Here if you select the rule "Edit Value Conversion for Employee ID", you will see that the employee X (Source Value) which is used in the template is mapped to employee Y (Target Value) which does not exist. Hence the error message appears.

You need to enter a valid employee ID in the Target Value section and later simulation can be executed successfully.
