3125098 - Transfer Control does not work

Symptom

You have made settings in the Costing Variant for Transfer Control. However, the transfer control didn't happen when you create Cost Estimate.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

Create Standard Cost Estimate and check whether the Transfer Control is applied.

Cause

There is a flag "Transfer Only with Collective Requirements Material" in the Transfer Control configuration.
You set this indicator if existing costing data is to be transferred for materials controlled by collective requirements only.

Resolution

You have 2 options to solve this issue:

  1. You can deselect this option.
  2. You may change the setting in Change Material app: MRP4 tab - Individual/coll. field. Please change this field to Collective Requirements Only.
