3125139 - Cannot Register in a Class: "This class requires additional work from your administrator to enable registration"

• User is unable to register a class and see the short message "Registration is not available";
• Clicking the information icon, it shows the message “This class requires additional work from your administrator to enable registration.”

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log into HCM > Navigate to Learning 
2. Search an Item in Library 
3. Click on 'See all classes' 
4. Click on 'Register Now' 
5. Warning message appears.

The purchasing option for the class is set to 'Distribute Charges to Specified Account Code' but the Chargeback Cost Center was not configured. The cost cannot be recorded to any account code and hence the registration is not available.

If the Class is set to 'Distribute Charges to Specified Account Code', add a Cost Center in Class entity:

1. Open Learning Administration > Learning Activities 
2. Classes > Search for the affected Class 
3. Open the Class record 
4. Open the Purchasing tab 
5. Add an Account Code under "Add Cost Center".

Alternatively, if the Class is set to 'Inheriting the Item Chargeback Settings', add a Cost Center in Item entity:

1. Open Learning Administration > Learning Activities 
2. Items > Search for the affected Item 
3. Open the Item record 
4. Open the Purchasing tab 
5. Add an Account Code under "Add Cost Center".
