SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
Finished configuration per document Platform Identity Provider for one NEO subaccount. After logging into BTP cockpit with IAS user/password, don't see any global account nor subaccount, and get message "Our records indicate that your user does not belong to any global account" like following image, even if confirmed the IAS user has been added as member of NEO subaccount.
