When updating the IDM Core component on a secondary node (HADR site), the update fails with the following errors:
DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-1776, SQLSTATE= , SQLERRMC=1, DRIVER=3.69.76
DB250018E: A connection attempt during the CLPPlus environment start sequence
failed. The CLPPlus environment failed to start.
SQL1776N The command cannot be issued on an HADR database. Reason code = "1".
