3125395 - "Unknown Activity" showing in Recruiting mobile app - Recruiting Management

User is seeing "Unknown Activity" in Recruiting mobile application.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Open a job requisition in the Recruiting mobile application
2. Scroll the screen to the end and "Unknown Activity" is showing

The Recruiting mobile application is displaying Hiring Manager in activity section, so if Hiring Manager is not present (not defined or not used in job requisition) then it is expected to show “Unknown” in Activity section. This will always happen for job requisitions without Hiring Manager field.

Product Management team is working on the fallback option in which the mobile application will display the Originator if Hiring Manager is not available in the job requisition.
However, there is no confirmed date yet for this fix.

Workaround: Please add a Hiring Manager in affected job requisitions and then user info will be shown in Activity section.
