3125561 - Modification on Docusign Activation Email

Symptom

When users first attempt to create an eSignature Offer Letter in SucessFactors, a Docusign "Activation" email is generated. All they need to do is click the "Activate" button and they will have access to the DocuSign account when they go back to use the tool again.

However, sometimes, when clicking the button, it brings them to a login screen . This creates confusion whether they must log in or create a new account.
