3125607 - BPC web url is redirected to a different url

Symptom

You enter the BPC web url in the web browser. However, it is redirected to a different url.

For example, you enter http://<ip address>:<http port>/sap/epm/bpc/web.
It is automatically changed to https://<host name>:<https port>/sap/epm/bpc/web.

The Protocol is set to Do Not Switch as per KBA 2425127.
