Symptom

Shipping point / receiving point (VBAP-VSTEL) is determined in an order. A condition record is created with various criteria, including shipping point. The expectation is that this record is found and set but the record will not be set because KOMK-VSTEL is initial, not filled during pricing, meanwhile the expectation is that KOMK-VSTEL is determined, since VBAP-VSTEL is filled in the order.
