3125671 - XML Deserialization error when testing ADS logical destination on Web Service Navigator

Symptom

You are testing ADS for Webdynpro Java scenario by testing logical destination ConfigPort_Document or SecureConfigPort_Document on Web Service navigator.

The following error occurs after clicking 'Search' button:
"XML Deserialization Error. XML is not valid. Node <UsingPolicy> child of <null> not described in Schema."

The following error is also logged in defaultTrace:
"Deserializing xml stream failed.Possible mistaken destination type. Recheck the type of the document you are requesting - You are probably trying to access WSDL document from WSIL destination."
