Symptom

Activation request: Customer Insights add-on

Environment

 SAP Cloud For Customer

Resolution

A separate license (Intelligent Sales Add-on) is required before you can add Customer Insights to a project. 
Please follow the below steps to enable the Customer Insights Add_On in your system:

  1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
  2. Go to the Implementation Projects view.
  3. Edit Project Scope.
  4. Go to the 4th steps Questions.
  5. Expand the scoping element Sales -> Account and Activity Management -> Activity Management
  6. Check the scoping question "Do you want to use Customer Insights in your cloud solution?"

  7. Click Next and then Finish 

Note:- If required license (Intelligent Sales Add-on license required) has not been purchased then system will throw an error message while finishing the project.
Error: Customer Insights is unavailable.
