3125994 - Connection issues between the application servers and the Standalone Enqueue Server

Symptom

Work processes are stuck on Enqueue related actions for several seconds / minutes, leading to slow Enqueue response times.

The work processes' trace files log network disconnections related to the Enqueue, similar to the entries below:

On the Other side of the connection, the Enqueue server, we might also find the disconnections for the exact same communications on "dev_enqio_<n>" trace files (for the Standalone Enqueue Server v1) or "dev_enqserver" (for the Standalone Enqueue Server v2):
