3126086 - Question column is sorted randomly on Survey Response CSV report

Run Survey Response CSV report using different filters, the Question column (column U) will be in ascending, descending or random sort.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login System > Learning Administration
2. Go to Reports > Survey Response (CSV)
3. Filter User ID or Survey ID or State Date&End Date  >Export report.
4. See the Question column (column Q) is sorted differently.

This is a known feature limitation. HANA DB cannot guarantee the sorting order unless the ORDER BY query is at the end.

The enhancement requires a framework level effort. Since Birt report (LMS report) is going to be sunset, there is no plan to enhance this feature.

Customer can sort manually on exported Excel file, or start using SAC (Stories) reporting, which the sequence is guaranteed.
