3126105 - App “Manage Billing Document Requests” does not create BDRs with spreadsheet upload

You cannot create a Billing Document Request with a large size in "Manage Billing Document Requests" app. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Go to Manage Billing Documents app
2. Click on "create button" 
3. click on "upload from excel" and upload the document 
4. then click on "create" button 
5. Application takes 10 minutes to download and no Billing Document was created 

A timeout happens because of the Excel document size.

There are two ways to avoid this issue in S/4 HANA Cloud system: 

1. Using smaller Excel files so that it doesn’t run into a timeout
2. Using the Billing API

**If your plan is to use Billing Document Requests to upload external documents to SAP system, then the API is highly recommended.
