3126161 - Custom form template characters seems fine on Output display however gets issued on print/download - S/4HANA Cloud

Some custom form template characters seems fine on Output Item preview, however while printing/downloading pdf to local pc, some characters are missing.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud All versions

1. Manage Billing Documents. Select corresponding Billing Document.
2. Go to details, output requests and display Output item preview. Looks fine.
3. Download the file on your local pc and open with your PDF Viewer, some characters are gone.

If fonts are displayed correctly on customer local pc but does not go well on S/4HANA Cloud systems fonts should be embed on the system.

1. Go to Maintain Form templates app.
2. Select your form template and enable Embed Fonts in PDF.
3. Confirm the solution reproducing the issue.
