Error Message in Perform Rehire Verification Tile "The rehire verification task could not be initialized. Please try accessing the task again from the "To-Do" section of your Home Page."

when the system find a rehire data,the "Perform Rehire Verification "tile will show in the home page,but after we click the start button

The system will noticed that "The rehire verification task could not be initialized. Please try accessing the task again from the "To-Do" section of your Home Page."

Phone info entity was disabled

1. Based on the error log, we could see that while getting the Manager details - Phone information from EMPPhone info, we are getting the error at runtime. 
2. Navigate to Manage Business configuration and see that Phone info entity itself was disabled. 
3. After we enable Phone info entity in Manage business configuration page and the try start on the Perform rehire verification tile
