3126438 - Blank page while accessing Home page in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)


  • Blank page while accessing the Home page or any page in SAC during the initial session.
  • The user is connecting for the first time (initial session in SAC) and after few seconds of loading the user gets a blank/blue page.
  • The scenario occurs when there are many "net::ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR 200" responses for GETs in "" resources.
  • The issue is only related to "net::ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR 200" responses for GETs in server.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to SAC with a user located e.g. in China.
  2. After a few seconds SAC is showing a blank/blue screen.
