3126479 - Edit Candidate Profile Template does not load in Provisioning - Recruitment Management

When selecting Edit Candidate Profile Template  in provisioning the page loads the outline but the template is missing/page loads blank.

Note: Another symptom will be Manage Templates will not load and produce the error below:

Issue in Provisioning:

1. Go to Provisioning
2. Under Managing Recruiting
3. Select Edit Candidate Profile Template
4. Note the page loads blank

Issue in Manage Templates:

1. Via Admin Center go to Manage Templates
2. The manage templates page produces the error below:

Issue is caused by an invalid candidate profile template that was uploaded via Provisioning.

Please create an case for LOD-SF-RCM-CAN to have engineering attempt to recover and rectify the template.

Note: If there is corruption of data on the template it may not be recoverable, always back up your XML Templates for Recruitment Management.
