3126488 - How to set the CTI widget window to have a constant position and not floating

Symptom

  • You are using the Widget based telephony integration with C4C
  • The widget floating window opens up
  • Business would like the window to be constant and not allow users to move it

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Connect to C4C
  2. Click the Telephony icon
  3. Floating widow opens with the UI of the CTI widget

Cause

Configuration

Resolution

  1. Connect to the Cloud for Customer tenant
  2. Go to "Administrator" -> "Service and Social" -> "Live Activity Configuration"
  3. Disable the "Move and Resize Notification"
  4. Save and Close
  5. Refresh the browser
