3126564 - Cannot purge an inactive profile - RCM

• Unable to purge incactive candidate profile error displayed in purge monitor tool: "XXXXXXXX is not satisfying legal obligation period."
  
  
• Is it possible to override Legal Minimum Obligation period?

1. Go to Admin Center->Company Settings->Data Retention Management
2. Click on “Create New Purge Request”
3. Select “Purge inactive user” from the drop down picklist.
4. Click “Select a single user and type in the user’s name in the box beside
5. Under Exclude users that meet the following criteria, uncheck the box beside “There is data for this user in Employee Central (EC)”.
6. Beside the Add approvers field, type in your username to add yourself as an approver.
7. Then Click Launch immediately at the bottom of the page.
8. Go to Admin Center>Company Settings>Purge Request Monitor
9. Click the approve button.
10. The purge fails and I receive the error "CXXXXXXis not satisfying legal obligation period."

Legal Minimum Obligation period is not met for the country configuried is not satisfying legal obligation period.

• This error is possible when the system is attempting to purge a candidate profile as a part of the user purge process, but unable to do so due to not satisfying the validity period for the profile, which is configured in Legal minimum obligation period settings. 
• If number days between 'date of running purge' - 'last login of candidate' is more than the number of days configured on this page, only then will the candidate profile get picked up for purge. 
• Currently, there is no way to override Legal Minimum Obligation period . The system picks up the candidates for purge once the Retention period is over as per the expected behavior. Resolving the issue.
