Symptom

Error "You Are not Authorized to Access UI Application" is raised for a user when accessing Fine-Tuning Activities.

Environment

 SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
  2. Go to the Implementation Projects view.
  3. Select the relevant project.
  4. Open the Activity List.
  5. Select an activity and open it.

Error "You Are not Authorized to Access UI Application" is raised

Cause

The work center view PDI_PARTNER_DEVELOPMENT is assigned for the user. Accessing the fine tuning activities does not require the assignment of PDI_PARTNER_DEVELOPMENT workcenter.

Resolution

Please remove the work center view PDI_PARTNER_DEVELOPMENT from the user.
