3126831 - Error "The specified Related User is already associated with another instructor" - LMS Learning

When trying to add a new Instructor, the following error shows up:

"The specified Related User is already associated with another instructor."

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login to Learning as an admin
2. Go to People > Instructors
3. Click "Add New"
4. Getting an error when clicking "Add" button.

This error occurs because the related user is already existed in the system.

1. Go to People --> Instructors.
2. Add Search criteria 'Status':
   
   
   
   
3. Now, search Instructors with 'Not Active' status.
   
4. If you want, the related user to be a instructor with the same id, then you might need to Activate the inactive instructor.
