After activating the option: Optimize Recommended Planning Area from the model settings the DA is giving an error message:
The data action "XXXX" couldn't run successfully on version "YYY". This data action tries to write data outside of the planning area of the target version.
Afterwards the option Optimize Recommended Planning Area has been removed from the models and yet data actions still fail:
The results of the data action "XXXX" could not be published on version "YYY". You can still try to do a partial publish manually. You cannot publish the data changes because they are outside of the planning area filter applied to this version
Environment
SAP Analytics Cloud: 2021.20.12
Reproducing the Issue
- From your model sesstings enable the option Optimize Recommended Planning Area
- Run the data action
- You get the first error message
- Go back to model and disable again the option above
- Run the DA
- ou get the second error message
