Authorization error in app 'Manage Allocations' while creating an allocation cycle.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the app 'Manage Allocations'
2. Click on 'Create' -> 'Create a new cycle'
3. Fill in the details along with the allocation context for which the allocation cycle has to be created
4. Click on 'Create', an authorization error is obtained

The Business Role should have the necessary Business Catalogs assigned in order create an allocation cycle for a particular allocation context.

The following Business Catalogs are needed for creating allocation cycles belonging to these allocation contexts:

• In order to create an allocation cycle of allocation context 'Cost Centers', the Business Catalog SAP_FIN_BC_OH_MD_PED_PC -> Cost Centers (ACDOC_CC).
• Similarly for Profit centers: SAP_FIN_BC_OH_MD_PCA_PC -> Profit Centers (ACDOC_PC)
• For Margin Analysis : SAP_FIN_BC_SA_MDT_PC -> Margin Analysis (ACDOC_PA)

For example, if a Business Role is assigned only to any one of the Business Catalogs above, it is possible to create an allocation cycle only with respect to that particular allocation context. In order to create an allocation cycle in all the allocation contexts, it is necessary to have all the Business Catalogs assigned to the Business Role.
