3127129 - Offer Letters sent via "Email as PDF" are not showing under the candidate's My Offers tab - Recruiting Management

Symptom

When an operator sends an Offer Letter to the candidate via "Email as PDF", the candidate is not able to see that Offer Letter under the My Offers tab

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1.  Open the Job Requisition
  2.  Select a candidate from Offer status
  3.  Take Action > Offer Letter
  4.  Select template > Next Step
  5.  Choose "Email as PDF" and send
  6.  As the candidate, check My Offers tab and the Offer Letter is not showing

Cause

This is an expected behaviour. Offer Letters sent via "Email as PDF" will not show under My Offers tab.

Resolution

Only records of Offer Letters sent via "Online Offer with eSignature" and "Online Offer" will show under My Offers tab both for internal and external candidates.
