3127419 - C4C Single Sign-On Logon Page is Showing as NetWeaver

A specific user tries to logon and notice the C4C SSO logon page is showing as NetWeaver logon:

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

Enter the SSO URL myXXXXXX-sso.crm.ondemand.com 

If this is happening just for one or few users it could be:

• User is locked.
• User is Inactive. 

And due to that the logon is not possible, however there is no error page to handle this such scenario.
Even if you have a custom error page created in your identity provider (IdP) it will not show as C4C does not support it.

Verify the user access in both Cloud for Customer and Identity Provider.
