Unable to delete the obsoleted contacts.

Reproducing the Issue
- Open the Application Jobs App
- Here you can see the Contacts: Delete Flagged Contacts job is Finished
- The error on the job log is: No matching interaction contacts found
The contact with GIGYA_ID cannot be deleted due to the "End of Purpose" flag being set.
The system will delete them after 100 days and any further data imports will be blocked. You should have send them rather using the "Obsolete" flag, which would have allowed you to remove them completely afterwards (in SAP Marketing Cloud) via the application job Contacts: Flag Contact IDs for Deletion" followed by application job "Contacts: Delete Flagged Contact IDs".
It is not possible to delete these contacts due to legal reasons. Due to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union SAP Marketing Cloud gave customers a feature to flag contacts which were deleted in the source system and also technically prevent (for 100 days) that late arriving data of such contacts re-create the contacts. If you were able to delete those contacts in SAP Marketing Cloud you would be able to again update or create the contacts. But this exactly what shall be prevented due to legal prescriptions.
