3127622 - How to enable the communication arrangement to work for all ship-to partners instead of defining each one individually

When using the Communication Arrangement SAP_COM_0223 to issue real-time outbound delivery notifications, only partners specified in the "Business Partner" part of the linked communication system can get the EDI output. Users are wondering if there is a way to enable the communication arrangement to work for all ship-to partners instead of defining each one individually, so that system can issue the EDI output for any ship-to partner at the time of posting goods issue.

SAP S/4HANA CLOUD

1. Open the "Communication System" app and find the communication system.
2. Under the "Technical Data - General" tab, please check on the "Is Hub System" check box. In this way, all business partners available in the system are assigned to this communication system.
